Timco Plastics grinds plastic waste into uniform pellets (grinding material) using modern machinery. Dust and metal are removed from the produced grinding material at two stages during the production process. The pellet size can vary from 6 to 10 mm according to the customer’s requirements.



Larger plastic products and lumps undergo a preliminary reduction stage in a large shredder to produce flakes of 30 to 35 mm.



These then proceed to the grinding process.
The pure grinding material satisfies high quality standards and is packaged in octabins, big bags or P.E. bags as required by the customer.
